Troubles at Documenta Catholica Omnia

Perhaps this is old news, but it's interesting that the TLG is licensing, or perhaps just assenting to, the republication of their texts online (from May 2008?!). If you click through to a particular text and open the pdf, you get the following header — particularly galling is the use of the word "belongs":
0380-0444 - Cirillus Alexandrinus - De sancta trinitate This text belongs to the Thesaurus Linguae Graecae (TLG®), a Research Center at the University of California, Irvine, which digitized it and owns the relevant ©Copyright. On May 15, 2008, Prof. M. Pantelia, the Director of the Center, has expressly authorized www.documentacatholicaomnia.eu to post it into our site. Cooperatorum Veritatis Societas thanks the prof. Pantelia, the Center, and the University of California, Irvine, of having granted the opportunity to make publicly available this text of high quality, serial number '4090 123 '.
